**Interviewer:** Hello Amy! Thank you for joining us today. Let's dive right in! Your latest book, "All These Monsters," is receiving rave reviews. Can you tell us a bit about the inspiration behind it?

**Amy Tintera:** Hi there! Thanks for having me. "All These Monsters" was inspired by my love of action movies and stories about found families. I wanted to write a book that was full of thrilling action sequences but also had heart and humor. The idea of a group of misfits coming together to fight monsters just seemed like a lot of fun to me.

**Interviewer:** It definitely sounds like an exciting concept! Can you tell us a bit about the main characters in "All These Monsters"?

**Amy Tintera:** Of course! The story follows Clara, a girl who signs up to fight giant, sea-dwelling monsters called the Hellbeasts. She's joined by a ragtag group of other fighters, including the brooding, mysterious, and incredibly handsome Caspar. There's also a lot of banter and tension between Clara and Caspar, which was a blast to write.

**Interviewer:** What was your favorite part about writing this book?

**Amy Tintera:** I think my favorite part was writing the action scenes. There are so many epic battles in this book, and I had a blast coming up with new and creative ways for the characters to fight monsters. I also loved writing the banter between the characters. They all have such distinct personalities, and it was a lot of fun to put them in a room together and see what happened.

**Interviewer:** Are there any particular themes or messages in "All These Monsters" that you hope readers will take away?

**Amy Tintera:** One of the main themes of the book is the idea of found family. Clara and the other fighters come from all different backgrounds, but they form a tight-knit group that supports and protects each other. I hope readers will take away the message that family isn't just about blood, it's about the people who love and support you no matter what.

**Interviewer:** What do you hope readers will enjoy most about "All These Monsters"?

**Amy Tintera:** I hope readers will enjoy the action-packed plot, the witty banter between the characters, and the epic romance between Clara and Caspar. But most of all, I hope they'll fall in love with the world and the characters and want to come back for more.

**Interviewer:** Thank you so much for taking the time to chat with us today, Amy. "All These Monsters" sounds like an absolute thrill ride, and we can't wait for readers to dive in!
