আমাদের নতুন প্রজন্মের ছেলে মেয়েরা আজ আই টি প্রযুক্তি, ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সহ বিভিন্ন ইনটারনেট রিলেটেড পেশায় অংশগ্রহন করছে। যাদের বেশির ভাগ বয়স ২০ থেকে ৩০ বছরের মধ্যে। অনেকে ভাল দক্ষ হয়ে ভাল টাকা আয় করছে, ট্রেডিশনাল চাকরির পেছনে তাদের নজর কম। আমি নিজেও একজন ফ্রিল্যান্সার। যে কথাটা বলতে চাই, আমাদের সমাজে ৩০ থেকে ৬০ বছর বয়স যাদের তারা চাকরি, ছোট ব্যাবসা, সেল্প ইমপলয়েড, মাঝারী ব্যাবসা, পেশাজিবি, ডাক্তার উকিল, সাংবাদিক সহ অন্যান্ন সমস্ত পেশার সাথে যুক্ত। তারা ফ্রিল্যান্সিং,আই টি প্রযুক্তিতে অনেক পিছিয়ে আছেন। এর কারন তারা এ বিষয় জানেন না,বা জানলেও কাজটি শেখার জন্য সময় পান না। এবার ৬০ উদ্ধ বয়সি যারা আছেন তারা কর্ম থেকে অবসরে গেছেন। একটা সমিক্ষায় দেখা গেছে যে, অবসরপ্রাপ্ত অনেক সিনিয়র পিউপল কর্মহিন হয়ে পরার কারনে তারা বিভিন্ন নাইট স্কুল থেকে শিক্ষা নিয়ে আবার নতুন কর্মে নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত হওয়ার চেষ্টা করছেন। আগামীর যুগ চেটজিপিটি(Chatgpt) বা প্রযুক্তির যুগ। এই প্রযুক্তিগত পেশায় কেন পেশাদার ও অবসরপ্রাপ্ত জনগন পিছিয়ে থাকবে। আমরা দেশব্যাপি অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে জীবন পরিবর্তনকারী ”জীবনব্যাপি শিক্ষা “ পদ্ধতি প্রশিক্ষণের আয়োজন করেছি। জীবনব্যাপি এই শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে নতুনের সঙ্গে তাল মেলাতে পারবেন। নিজেকে আরও বেশি দক্ষ করে গড়ে তুলতে পারবেন। এই শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে আপনি আরও সামাজিকীকরণ হবেন। জীবনব্যাপী শেখার সেরা অংশগুলির মধ্যে শেখার কোর্স, আলোচনা গোষ্ঠী এবং বুক ক্লাব ও অন্যান্ন জায়গায় সামাজিক মিথস্ক্রিয়া তৈরি করতে পারে যা বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিকভাবে আকর্ষক এবং আপনাকে বিষণ্নতা এবং বিচ্ছিন্নতা এড়াতে সহায়তা করে। #lifelonglearning #lifelongeducation #lifelongretirment
